Minor League Tour Results for August 5-8 and Upcoming Events

PUEBLO, Colo. (August 10, 2009) - The PBR Minor League Tours invaded the Mid-West and the West Coast this past weekend and familiar names found themselves atop the leader board.  Riders like 2008 PBR World Champion Guilherme Marchi (Leme, SP, Brazil), 2004 PBR World Champ Mike Lee (Decatur, Texas), and 2009 Daisy Rookie of the Year contender Skeeter Kingsolver (Mclouth, Kan.) all found success over the last weekend.  Each PBR rider is trying to earn a spot on the coveted Built Ford Tough Series (BFTS) tour, all looking for a qualification to the 2009 PBR Built Ford Tough World Finals, held in Las Vegas, Nev., on Oct. 30-Nov. 1 and Nov. 5-8.  Make sure to check www.pbrnow.com next week for updates!

Wild West Bull Fest PBR Enterprise Rent-A-Car Tour in North Platte, Neb., on Thursday, August 13 at 7:30 p.m. at Wild West Arena.

Ft. Smith PBR Enterprise Rent-A-Car Tour in Ft. Smith, Ark., on Saturday, August 15 at 8 p.m. at Kay Rodgers Park.  Tickets are available in person at Kay Rodgers Park.

Boone County Bull Bash PBR Discovery Tour in Belvidere, Ill., on Tuesday, August 11 at 7 p.m. at Boone County Fair.  Tickets are priced at $15 and may be purchased in person at Boone County Fair or charged by phone at 815.547.6829.
